I previously worked as a broadcast sound engineer in television, but after having children and a change of perspective I made some life adjustments allowing me to work within an area of passion and interest.

I work with clients on an individual basis, not one type of therapy will fit all. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches to build a journey of growth that can benefit my clients as a whole, depending on their needs and circumstances at the time. Every area that I have trained in, I have also used for personal growth. As a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, I make commitments to supervision and areas of personal development on a regular basis. As your therapist, we’ll work together to explore and identify any behaviours or areas in your life which could work better for you. Then within an empathetic environment, we’ll talk through ideas and approaches to support your wellbeing.
