Types of Hypnobirthing Courses
Group Course
£300
12 hours
Engage with others and enjoy the benefits of relaxation during pregnancy while gaining the tools to provide you with this during childbirth. A comprehensive course with full antenatal training as well as hypnotherapy techniques.
Birth partners included.
Bespoke Course
£450
12 hours
A course that follows the hypnobirthing and antenatal programme but is developed around you with more space for any individual concerns and questions. Ideal for those who may want extra support.
Birth partners included.
Refresher Course
£180
3 hours
For those who have previously taken a KG course. An individual course where you have the benefit to discuss your previous birth/course and recap physiology and anatomy as well as the key aspects behind hypnotherapy in childbirth.
Birth partners included.
Essentials Course
£20 per person
1.5 hours
A one and a half hour group session where you can begin to understand the key premises of hypnobirthing and the mind body connection. Enjoy a hypnotherapy relaxation and handout to take away.
