An Initial consultation is required before commencement of any therapy. During this assessment a treatment and approaches plan can be discussed.

Initial consultation: Free – 20 mins (phone call/virtual/face to face) all future therapy clients are required to have an initial consultation.

Therapy session: £70 - 50minutes / £85 - 80minutes

Hypnobirthing

Group Hypnobirthing: £300

Bespoke Hypnobirthing: £450

Refresher Hypnobirthing: £180

Essentials Hypnobirthing: £30

Postnatal Doula: I have some limited availability to support clients during the postnatal period please get in contact if you would like to discuss.
